Short Grass Arts Council will be hosting the 5th annual Handmade Holiday Market this year. Our goal is to create a space for residents of Pierre and surrounding communities to buy holiday gifts for their loved ones from talented local craftspeople. If you create your own goods and are interested in having a vendor space for this one-day pop up market on Saturday, December 13th, 2025, in the St. Charles Banquet Room, please purchase your vendor space and return your signed contract before December 6th, and a member of Short Grass Arts Council will email you after we close out applications. This fee is non-refundable.

SGAC will be there at 7:45AM the morning of the event to allow vendors inside to begin setting up their spaces. Each vendor will have a minimum of 10 ft x 10 ft space, but we will allow more space if possible. We will send an email to all vendors closer to the event date with details and reminders. All décor and fixtures to display your products must be provided by you, the vendor. The St. Charles does have large, round tables that you may use to display your goods, but if you need to hang goods or you want a specific size/shape of table, please bring those materials with you. SGAC does not help facilitate sales; all vendors are responsible for recording and paying their own sales tax.
