SGAC Annual Community Art Show 2026
REGISTRATION FORM FOR ARTWORK SUBMISSIONS

Deadline for artist registration is Monday, July 13, 2026
Artists may submit up to six pieces of original art in one or more of the following categories:
- drawing
- acrylics
- oils
- printmaking
- photography
- fiber
- watercolor
- pastel
- mixed media
- textile
- pottery
- sculpture
- stained glass
- jewelry
- beading
- woodworking
- other (Please designate a category if not listed above)
REGISTRATION FEE $25
and can be paid at our secure online store (click button above). Payments by cash or check may also be dropped off at the gallery with your artwork. SGAC Prairie Patron members do not have to pay the registration fee as it is included in their membership.
DELIVERY TO WATERFRONT GALLERY
Artists are responsible for the delivery of their artwork to the Waterfront Gallery by 7pm on Monday, July 13, 2026. Drop-off artwork during gallery hours, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 11am to 4pm, Saturdays from 11am to 2pm.
PICK-UP ARTWORK AFTER SHOW ENDS
Please plan to pick up your artwork after the show ends on Friday, July 31 or during gallery hours the following day.
PREPARATION OF ARTWORK
Artists may submit up to six pieces of artwork. Work must be ready to display: two-dimensional, flat artwork must be matted and/or framed and be ready to hang.
Please give a detailed description of each piece you will be submitting, listing its title, the category (see above), the selling price if it is for sale or “NFS” if it is not.
This year we are asking artists to provide a short bio and a photo to be displayed with the artists work. These can be provided through the online registration form or by email to waterfrontgallery@midco.net.
